ABCD ENCOUNTER
ABCD is a one-day encounter designed to help young Christian doctors pause, step back, and rediscover what it means to be a successful healer who is also being formed as a whole person. It introduces young Christian doctors to the five pillars of an Integrated Healer and invites them to examine the person behind the profession.
This is not a day of lectures or a programme designed to give all the answers. It is a day to awaken, examine, and begin. A day to pause and rediscover.

FOUNDATIONS
FOUNDATIONS is a 3-day program that introduces young Christian doctors to basic biblical truths as they apply to the medical profession, with a glimpse into the work of the Holy Spirit and the place of divine healing in healthcare.
It explores what it means to seek divine empowerment in every dimension of practice—to diagnose, develop skills, operate, make decisions, strategise, lead, and care for people.
Alongside teaching are open Q&A, interaction, one-to-one conversations, and personal mentoring, creating space for honest questions, deeper reflection, and meaningful relationships.
The three days are not simply about learning. They are about laying foundations, finding mentors, and building a community for the journey ahead.

DISCIPLINES
DISCIPLINES is a 1-day program that focuses on the practical formation of spiritual disciplines, personal habits, character, relationships, and purposeful living—helping young doctors translate biblical foundations into everyday life.
Participants explore prayer, Scripture, reflection, self-discipline, rest, service, stewardship of time and resources, personal development, and “life authoring”—taking responsibility for the person they are becoming and the life they are building.
Through practical exercises, personal reflection, interaction, and mentoring, the day moves from understanding to practice, and from intention to action.
It is a day to design, discipline, and develop a life that is increasingly aligned with God’s purposes.

THE JOURNEY
The Formation JOURNEY is a week-long live-together experience of friendship, growth, and learning together. It is an immersive week that combines formal teaching and informal conversations, quiet reflection, dining together, lively outings, worship and prayer nights and ordinary moments of fellowship. It creates space for Godly influence to happen naturally through shared experiences, friendships, mentoring and example.
More than a course or conference, The Journey is a shared experience of walking together—building relationships that can continue long after the week is over.
Held once or twice a year, it is a staycation-style experience designed to refresh the soul, deepen relationships, and strengthen the journey of formation.
